PHOENIX, Arizona – Cushman & Wakefield announced that Susan LaGanke has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a Senior Managing Director of Project & Development Services (PDS) for the Southwest.
As an accomplished industry veteran, Susan returns to Cushman & Wakefield to help lead Cushman & Wakefield’s national mid cap multi-market practice and southwest area comprising of Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas. Susan brings 25 years of multi-disciplinary industry experience across construction and development, as well as other areas of pertinent areas of commercial real estate. In her new leading role, she will further grow and strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS business alongside the strategic full-service line platform.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Susan was a Senior Managing Director with CBRE since 2005, where she was directly responsible for managing all Occupier and Investor Services throughout the Southwest Region, including Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Albuquerque.
