Taco Bell Opens and Ortho Pros Office Coming Soon at Tucson Marketplace at the Bridges
TUCSON, ARIZONA – A new Taco Bell at 1054 East Tucson Marketplace Blvd. in Tucson Marketplace at the Bridges sold for $1.667 million ($659 PSF). The 2,528-square-foot built-to-suit on a 30,128-square-foot lot with drive-thru opened last week at Interstate 10 and Kino Parkway.
Open early with breakfast hours and if you find yourself out and about late at night, you can still order at our drive-thru. You can also order online and skip the line inside. Offering all your favorite menu items, from classic burritos and tacos, to new favorites like the Crunchwrap Supreme®, Fiesta Taco Salad, and Chalupa Supreme. From breakfast to late night, Taco Bell serves made-to-order and customizable tacos and burritos, vegetarian options, drinks and sweets.
The Canadian-based project developer / seller, Fullerton Tucson Marketplace was represented by Chad Russell and Randy Titzck of Land Advisors Organization Phoenix. The investor was a Phoenix-based group.
In a separate transaction at Tucson Marketplace, Brenna Lacey and Kevin Volk of VOLK Company represented the seller, Tucson Retail, LLC, in the sale of approximately 59,136-square-feet of land within the Tucson Marketplace at the Bridges development for a purchase price of $850,000 for construction of a dental orthodontist office to owner occupy dba Ortho Pros.
The purchaser, Ortho Pros, was represented by Mark Irvin of Mark Irvin Commercial Real Estate Services Tucson.
