Envestnet Asset Management, Inc., leased approximately 2,575-square-feet of office space located at 4400 E. Broadway Boulevard, Suite 705, Tucson, Arizona, from 4400 Broadway, LLC. Twin Peaks Pizza has leased 1,448-square-feet of restaurant space at 7575 W. Twin Peaks, Suite 121, Marana, Arizona, in Twin Peaks Plaza at the southeast corner of Twin Peaks Rd. and Coachline Blvd. Ted Fisher opened his first restaurant, Dominick’s Real Italian Food, in Cortaro Plaza in 2013. The Premises will be used an insurance office offering individual insurance and retirement planning needs. They are scheduled to open for business October 2017.  Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Barbara McGill, of Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 2843 N. CAMPBELL AVE, TUCSON
Nate Woiwode, dba Blue Dog Bicycles, leased 700-square-feet at 2843 North Campbell Avenue, Suite 102, Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord, Valley Rug Gallery LLC and 1st Investments LLC.

Two recent announcements were made regarding David Blanchette, CCIM, moving to NAI Horizon and Ryan Heinfeld, CCIM, the newest CCIM in Southern Arizona.

David Blanchette Joins NAI Horizon Team In Tucson

TUCSON, AZ — NAI Horizon is proud to welcome David Blanchette, CCIM, as the newest member of the Tucson office. David joined NAI in March 2017 as a Vice President, specializing in disposition, acquisition and leasing of industrial and office properties in Southern Arizona.

Prior to joining NAI, David worked for CBRE of Tucson and Bourn Partners. He has owned two construction product fabrication and installation companies and was the owner of Management Recruiters of Tucson in the early 1990s. Over the course of his commercial real estate career David has completed over $20 million of business.

David has held management and regional sales positions with such companies as Intertel, Inc., Pioneer-Standard Electronics, Cable Systems International and Southwest Business Systems. His diverse industry knowledge and experience enables him to understand and meet each of his clients’ unique real estate needs.

David graduated with a degree in Marketing from Arizona State University and has held an Arizona Real Estate License since 1986.

GoWireless, Inc leased 2,500-square-feet at Valencia Marketplace Shops for a Verizon Wireless store. Valencia Marketplace Shops are at the southwest corner of Valencia and Indian Agency Road, adjacent to a brand new 100,000-square-foot Fry’s grocery store. This is the first new Fry’s store to open in Tucson in almost ten years. Other tenants in the center include Nationwide Vision, Pizza Patron, and Great Clips.
