Scottsdale Medical Practice Signs 10+ year Lease at the Chauncey Building
Desert Center of Allergy and Chest Diseases Consolidating Two Offices
Phoenix, Arizona – Desert Center of Allergy and Chest Diseases has signed a lease for 127 months of occupancy at the Chauncey Building, 6970 E. Chauncey Ln. in Scottsdale. The medical practice has leased 22,080-square-feet and will consolidate two offices in this one location to provide patients with more extensive services.
“We are experiencing a trend with medical practices consolidating in the market,” says Philip Wurth, CCIM, executive vice president with Colliers International in Greater Phoenix. “Providers are wanting to expand services and find that a single location better enables them to serve patients in this way.”
Wurth represented landlord Talia Jevan Properties, Inc. of Vancouver in the lease negotiations. The medical practice was represented by Alexandra Loye of Avison Young in Phoenix.
Desert Center of Allergy and Chest Diseases offers a comprehensive pulmonary medical practice, as well as allergy, immunology and sleep medicine. This is a very prestigious medical practice to have as a tenant. Talia Jevan Properties would like to expand on this tenancy by attracting more medical-use businesses.
“We proudly welcome Dr. Finberg, his partners and all of their valued patients to the Chauncey Building,” states Mr. Harmel S. Rayat, president of Talia Jevan Properties.
“As a family business, we strive to provide the best service possible, which comes in many forms. Whether it be landscaping and luxurious lobbies that rival any 5-star resort and impeccably maintained bathrooms and hallways to always having someone available to assist when needed, we work hard to provide the best experience possible for our tenants and their clients.”
Mr. Rayat concludes, “In stark contrast to most landlords who place a high priority on generating the highest investment returns, our #1 priority is to build long-term relationships with our tenants based on integrity, trust and transparency. In the long term, everyone benefits!”
The Chauncey Building is located close to Honor Health Scottsdale Thompson Peak Medical Center and Abrazo Hospital Scottsdale Campus. The tenant was attracted to this proximity and the building’s easy access to the Loop 101 and the surrounding retail amenities.
