Genesys Consulting Firm, Inc. leased 745-square-feet at 1637 E. Prince Road.  Andrew D. Sternberg and with NAI Horizon Tucson represented the Landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – THE PLAZA AT WILLIAMS CENTRE, TUCSON

Burlington will join Renegade Classics and Merle’s Automotive Supply in the shopping center on Speedway just east of Swan.  This will be Burlington Mattress Company’s 4th new location in Tucson, and 11th in Arizona.   John Reva of JLL represented the tenant. Rodney Gold D.D.S. & Wendy Gold, Husband & Wife have extended their lease of 2,972-square-feet at 899 N. Wilmot Road, Suites A-1 & A-2, from Holland Arizona Investments, LLC (Landlord). Lori Casey and Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the Tenant and the Landlord in the lease extension for Rodney Gold D.D.S., existing dental practice.

RETAIL – 4525 N KOLB RD., TUCSON
Inside + Outdoor Home Décor, LLC leased 1,054-square-feet at 5425 North Kolb Road, Suite 113. The space is located within Ventana Plaza, at the southwest corner of Kolb Road and Territory Drive. Suspiros Cakes, L.L.C. leased 800-square-feet at the Ajo and 12th Shopping Center.  The shopping center is located at 502 West Ajo Way. Other tenants in the center include Dollar Tree, Lesco Optique, Metro PCS, and eegee’s.
