Tucson’s James P Robertson, Jr. of Realty Executives Accepts NAR Appointment
James P Robertson, Jr, MBA, CCIM, Sr. Commercial Associate Broker at Realty Executives Tucson has accepted the National Association of Realtors (NAR) appointment to the 2017 Professional Development Committee of the national organization.
The Committee is comprised of 30 Members with the goal of establishing future initiative for NAR education, manage the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) program including the REALTOR® Institute accreditation process, and to encourage cooperative educational efforts with the NAR societies, institutes and councils, state and local associations and other industry-related organizations.
Term of the appointment runs from December 1, 2016 to November 30, 2017.
James has also served as Chairman of the CCIM Southern Arizona Chapter and a Board member from 2016-2018 for the CCIM Institute. He has also served as a member of the CCIM International Activities Committee.

The NAR commercial community includes commercial members, real estate boards, committees, subcommittees and forums; and NAR commercial affiliate organizations – CCIM Institute, Institute of Real Estate Management, Realtors® Land Institute, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, and Counselors of Real Estate.
Approximately 70,000 NAR members specialize in commercial real estate brokerage and related services including property management, counseling and appraisal. In addition, more than 200,000 members are involved in commercial transactions as a secondary business.
