INDUSTRIAL – 2155 N FORBES BLVD, STE 104, TUCSON
Trane U.S., Inc. renewed their lease for 16,795-square-feet in Broadbent Industrial Center, 2155 N. RETAIL – 18805 S. I-19 FRONTAGE RD., SAHUARITA
Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. leased 9,750-square-feet at 18805 South I-19 Frontage Road, Suites B-107 and B-115, in Sahuarita. The existing space is currently being expanded to accommodate Dollar Tree and is located within Sahuarita Plaza. Other tenants in the plaza include Petco, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, Ace, Ross, and Big Lots. 4722 East Broadway Corporation leased 5,612 square feet at 4640 East Broadway Boulevard for an Ace Hardware store. Construction is underway and Ace Hardware plans to open by June 1st.  Marty Olejarczyk of De Rito Partners represented the Tenant. Terry Dahlstrom of Volk Company represented the Landlord, The Wright-Oracle, L.L.C.

RETAIL – 4040 E. 22nd St., TUCSON
Denny’s signed a 20 year lease of 4,900-square-feet at 4040 East 22nd Street Tucson. The new franchisee plans to re-open a Denny’s restaurant in the space, which was previously leased by a different Denny’s franchisee. Wingstop has leased 2,200-square-feet in Fiesta Mercado located at 2980 S. 6th Ave, Suite 150 in the Food City anchored shopping center at the northwest corner of South 6th Avenue and 40th Street in the City of South Tucson. The new store is expected to open late summer of 2016 and will be Wingstop’s 7th restaurant in Tucson. Charles Loflin, of San Antonio, Texas is the owner of the Wingstop restaurants in Arizona. Mr. Loflin is the longest running franchisee with the most restaurants in the Wingstop chain. Wingstop has more than 650 restaurants nationally and is based in Dallas, Texas. Tucson Lease Report February 1 – 5, 2016

RETAIL – 6210 N TANQUE VERDE, TUCSON
The new China Bamboo Restaurant has leased 3,700-square-feet. at 6210 N. Tanque Verde.  The site is the former location of the hog pit restaurant, and will be completely remodeled into a traditional fine dining Chinese restaurant and bar. It is expected to open in late spring, to be operated by a local Chinese family. The landlord was represented by Pete Villaescusa – CBRE, the tenant was represented by Gary S Lovelace of Spectrum Real Estate Services.

RETAIL – THE SHOPS at RANCHO SAHUARITA, SAHUARITA
Nicole Ferrero leased a 1,111-square-feet office at The Shops at Rancho Sahuarita for a State Farm office. The Shops at Rancho Sahuarita is part of a Fry’s anchored shopping center at the northwest corner of Rancho Sahuarita Boulevard and Sahuarita Road in Sahuarita.
