Kent Circle Partners Announces New Tenants at Tatum Corporate Center

Scottsdale, Arizona – Kent Circle Partners of Scottsdale (Scott Seldin, President) announces Fendon Injury Law, PLLC and Robert J. Hommel, PC have leased 3,424-square-feet of office space in Tatum Corporate Center.

Fendon Injury Law, PLLC practices workers’ compensation law and social security disability law. Robert J. Hommel, PC practices bad faith, personal injury, and workers’ compensation law. They are planning to occupy the space in June.

Blain Black of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenants, Fendon Injury Law, PLLC and Robert J. Hommel, PC. Bret Isbell of Avison Young represented the landlord, Kent Circle Partners.

First new office product delivered in Deer Valley Airport Submarket in six years

PHOENIX, AZ – Phoenix-based GPE Commercial Advisors has been awarded the leasing assignment for The Mahoney Group Professional Building, a new Class A, 46,942-square-foot professional building that will be available to office and healthcare tenants. The development marks the first new multi-tenant office building delivered in the Deer Valley Airport submarket since 2009.

World Mission Society Buys new property in Phoenix for $1.54 Million

World Mission 1Glendale, AZ – GPE Commercial Advisors, an award winning commercial real estate firm in Arizona, secured the sale of a 36,361-square-feet church and school complex located at 8807 North 61st Avenue, in Glendale, Arizona. World Mission Society Church of God purchased the property for $1.54 million ($42.35 PSF).

Senior Vice President, Bret Isbell represented the Seller, Covenant Christian Fellowship Church & School. Brian Marshall of GHE Realty, represented the Buyer.

“Although the property had been considered by some potential buyers to redevelop into a different use, it was gratifying to locate another Church to buy the property and continue to serve the community that surrounds it,” said Bret Isbell.
