NAI Horizon adds veteran office, industrial specialist Mike Myrick to its Phoenix professional staff

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – NAI Horizon continues to grow its Phoenix office with the hiring of industry veteran Mike Myrick, CCIM.

Myrick, who specializes in leasing and sales of office and industrial properties, returns to NAI Horizon after almost four years at Marcus & Millichap. He previously worked at NAI Horizon from 2012 to 2015.

Myrick has been involved in more than 500-million-square-feet of agency transactions and more than $1 billion in leasing and investment sales transactions. He currently acts in an advisory capacity to a large national financial institution and has also worked for one of the largest private equity funds.

Myrick holds the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

A native of the Southeast Valley, Myrick earned a BS in business administration from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.

Myrick serves as a youth sports coach, has served on various boards and commissions and currently is the President of the Kyrene School District Governing Board.




NAI Horizon adds Matt Harper to Retail Properties Group

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – NAI Horizon is pleased to announce that Matt Harper, CCIM, has joined the company as an Associate in the Retail Properties Group.

Harper’s primary areas of focus will be retail leasing and sales. He will continue working with his existing clients, representing both landlords and tenants. With its global platform, NAI gives Harper the ability to help his clients with needs both inside and outside Metro Phoenix.

Harper joins NAI Horizon after three years at Phoenix West Commercial where he focused primarily on retail. He also negotiated land, office, and industrial deals. Harper previously worked at West USA Premier Properties from 2007-2010.

Harper holds the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and earned his Arizona State Real Estate license in 2007.

A native of Flagstaff, Ariz., Harper is a graduate of Northern Arizona University. He earned both a bachelor’s degree (criminal justice and sociology) and a master’s degree (school counseling). Harper spent time overseas working for the U.S. Department of Defense as a school guidance counselor in Japan and South Korea.

Harper was a hockey player and has been officiating the sport for more than 15 years. He is a member of USA Hockey.




Freestanding NNN Leased Walgreens Sells in Mesa

The building was purchased by Estelle Roitblatt Living Trust based out of California. The Seller was Florida-based Lease Fund II, LLC.
