Sabino Canyon Plaza at 4960 N Sabino Canyon Rd in Tucson sold for $1.15 million ($173 PSF). The 6,631-square-foot strip center (built 2006) is located north of Snyder on Sabino Canyon. It was 71% occupied at time of sale with three tenants: Brewd Coffee, Finis Nail Spa and Sabino Vet Care plus 1,896-square-feet available.
