Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Sale of Country Bar

PHOENIX, Arizona – Cushman & Wakefield completed the sale of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, located at 323 N. Gilbert Road in Gilbert, Ariz. Phoenix-based Treg Bradley purchased the property from Phoenix-based Gilbert/Vaughn Partners, LLC for $8.1 million ($585 PSF). Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row will continue to operate with a long-term lease in place.

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row is a 13,841-square-foot restaurant and bar. Completed in 2017, this concept is one of four successful locations with others located in Scottsdale, Ariz., Tempe, Ariz., and Nashville, Tenn. Dierks Bentley joined Riot Hospitality in 2013 to create Whiskey row, a modern country bar with American cuisine and nightlife, to add to its roster of El Hefe, Bottled Blonde, Farm & Craft and Hand Cut.

“This is a great investment for Ted Bradley as Whiskey Row will be a long term, successful tenant in Gilbert for years to come. Gilbert’s Heritage District continues to get stronger and stronger as new tenants and restaurants continue to open,” says Chis Hollenbeck.
