Hines to Add Curb Appeal and Convenience to 24th at Camelback Campus

PHOENIX, Arizona – Hines, the international real estate firm, recently launched an exterior ground floor activation plan for its campus at 24th at Camelback, a premier office project in the prestigious Camelback Corridor.

As part of the renovation, tenant guests will gain more convenient access to the buildings and be greeted by refreshed landscaping. The circular drive between the two office buildings is being removed to accommodate 16 new surface, 30-minute visitor parking spaces.

In addition, new pottery, plants and street landscaping are being added. A new monument sign on the corner will feature an updated logo and branding. Hardison Downey of Phoenix recently began construction on the renovation and will be finished at the end of 2017. HKS of Phoenix is the architect. AME Landscape of Gilbert is the landscape architect.

“Hines is investing nearly $1 million in improvements at the 24th at Camelback campus as part of our continued commitment to ensure we stay current with trends and respond to the needs of our tenants,” said Michelle Brown, general property manager.

Located on the campus are two Class A office buildings: 24th at Camelback, an eight-story building; and 24th at Camelback II, an 11-story building. Hines developed, owns and manages the two buildings, designed by Jon Pickard of Pickard Chilton, which have set the bar for office properties in the area.

Major tenants at 24th at Camelback include AAA Arizona, Cisco Systems, Greenberg Traurig, Presidio and Regus Business Centre. Scramble – A Breakfast and Lunch Joint, an exciting new retail option, completed a lease in July.

Major tenants at 24th at Camelback II include Insight Global, Clear Channel Outdoor, Aspect Software and VEREIT.
