Tucson Lease Report May 23 – 27, 2016

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from May 23 thru 27, 2016.

INDUSTRIAL – 2155 N FORBES BLVD, STE 104, TUCSON
Trane U.S., Inc. renewed their lease for 16,795-square-feet in Broadbent Industrial Center, 2155 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 104 in Tucson from Forbes Tucson, LLC.  Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord and Alan Moore with Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – 18805 S. I-19 FRONTAGE RD., SAHUARITA
Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. leased 9,750-square-feet at 18805 South I-19 Frontage Road, Suites B-107 and B-115, in Sahuarita. The existing space is currently being expanded to accommodate Dollar Tree and is located within Sahuarita Plaza. Other tenants in the plaza include Petco, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, Ace, Ross, and Big Lots. RETAIL – 4640 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
4722 East Broadway Corporation leased 5,612 square feet at 4640 East Broadway Boulevard for an Ace Hardware store. Construction is underway and Ace Hardware plans to open by June 1st.  Marty Olejarczyk of De Rito Partners represented the Tenant. Terry Dahlstrom of Volk Company represented the Landlord, The Wright-Oracle, L.L.C.

RETAIL – 4040 E. 22^nd St., TUCSON
Denny’s signed a 20 year lease of 4,900-square-feet at 4040 East 22^nd Street Tucson. The new franchisee plans to re-open a Denny’s restaurant in the space, which was previously leased by a different Denny’s franchisee. Nhan Cong Nguyen and Phuong Thi Kim Huynh renewed their lease for 1,350-square-feet at 3751 South 12^th Avenue. The tenant operates a nail salon business called Hot Nails.
