Ike Isaacson and Kami Taylor Promoted at CBRE

Phoenix, AZ – CBRE announced Tuesday that Ike Isaacson has been promoted to Managing Director of Advisory Services. In his new role, Mr. Isaacson will have oversight of the operation of the firm’s advisory practice throughout Arizona. He will partner closely with CBRE’s Regional Sales Directors of Occupier and Investor Services. Additionally, Mr. Isaacson will oversee the day-to-day business functions of Advisory Services for the Phoenix office.

CBRE has also named Kami Taylor Sales Manager of the firm’s Tucson office. In her new role, Ms. Taylor will have oversight of day-to-day operations for CBRE in Southern Arizona. Ms. Taylor’s new role will involve directing CBRE’s strategic business development across multiple service lines, managing client relationships and measuring overall engagement for the Tucson office.

Mr. Isaacson and Ms. Taylor will both transition to their new roles full time in June.

Mr. Isaacson is an industry veteran with nearly 20 years of experience. He joined CBRE’s Tucson office in 2008 and was named Managing Director in 2012.

Ms. Taylor comes to Tucson from CBRE’s Salt Lake City office. She has been with the firm for 10 years, serving in a variety of roles in that time.

 




Nancy McClure Named to Southwest Woman of Influence List by Real Estate Forum Magazine

Phoenix, AZ – CBRE is pleased to announce that Nancy McClure, first vice president in the firm’s Tucson office has been named to Real Estate Forum’s list of Women of Influence in the Southwest. The annual list acknowledges and honors professionals that have contributed significantly to the real estate industry in the Southwest region.

“We are very proud of Nancy. She is one of the most knowledgeable and hard working real estate professionals I have ever worked with, and this acknowledgement is well-deserved,” said CBRE’s Ike Isaacson, managing director of the firm’s Tucson office.

Ms. McClure, who specializes in retail properties, has more than 29 years of commercial real estate experience. Over the course of her career, she has been at the forefront of some of the most high-profile property redevelopments in Southern Arizona, including El Con Center, Campbell Plaza, and a number of retail centers along Broadway Boulevard in the Park Place Mall area. In her nearly three decades of experience, Ms. McClure has been a CBRE Top-25 Producer in retail for the Americas several times and has received other top recognitions over time as well.

In addition to the honor of being named to Real Estate Forum’s 2015 Southwest Women of Influence list, Ms. McClure’s work has garnered her a number of other accolades including, the Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona “Woman of the Year” award in 2010, a spot on Inside Tucson Business’s 2008 “Women of Influence” list, as well as a spot on AZRE magazine’s 1000 People to Know in Commercial Real Estate in 2008.

A well-respected and knowledgeable real estate professional, Ms. McClure holds a number of leadership positions within both CBRE and the Southern Arizona business community. She is currently co-chair of the firm’s national Retail Advisory Council, and has been a member of the council since 2011. She is also a member of The University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management National Board of Advisors, serving on its executive team; and Women At The Top (WATT), serving as President in 2008 and a Board Member from 2006 to 2009 and again in 2015. Her philanthropic endeavors include the Development Board for Literacy Connects and the Ambassador Board for Habitat for Humanity, among many others, past and present.

 




Tucson’s John Ash Joins CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Group

Tucson, Ariz. – CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Group has announced the addition of John Ash in the company’s Tucson office. Mr. Ash will work in conjunction with Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman, who are based in company’s Phoenix office.

Ash will focus his attention on the Tucson multifamily market, working with clients looking to place capital in Southern Arizona. With the help of his Phoenix-based partners, he will leverage CBRE’s comprehensive Investment Properties Group platform in order to ensure his clients reach their real estate goals.

Ash was promoted to Senior Associate in 2012 and over the last three years has been involved in multiple land transactions leading to the construction of nearly 2,000 beds of student housing. He is experienced in investment opportunities ranging from selling income streams of various types, directing and managing the full scope of CBRE’s brokerage services to achieve lease stabilization, infill repurposing and land acquisition and assemblage slated for development or investment.

Ash is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson where he studied business administration and marketing. A varsity athlete while at UA, Ash was a member of the Wildcat men’s basketball program, including the 1997 NCAA National Championship and 2001 NCAA National Runner-Up Teams.

Mr. Smuckler and Mr. Seaman lead the Multifamily Investment Properties Group in Arizona. With over 33 years of combined experience, they provide comprehensive multifamily transaction experience to investors of B and C class multifamily properties throughout Arizona.
