TEMPE, AZ – Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. helped negotiate the lease of DM Nutraceuticals into a 33,624-square-foot, multi-tenant warehouse at the Normal Junction Tempe distribution center, 1895 S. Los Feliz Drive in Tempe, AZ

DM Nutraceuticals, a manufacturer of nutritional supplements, signed a long-term lease and recently relocated. The 51,730-square-foot warehouse / distribution building is now 100 percent occupied.

“This transaction had a very quick timeline and required concerted focus and effort by all parties to complete” said Jackie Orcutt. “Normal Junction provides an ideal location just off the Loop 101 in northeast Tempe for tenants desiring to service the Scottsdale and Southeast Valley markets efficiently.”

Future site of Creative Touch Interiors Brings 100% Occupancy

PHOENIX—Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona assisted EastGroup Properties in the negotiation of a 36,540-square-foot, three-year lease for the relocation of Creative Touch Interiors (CTI) to 1002 E. University Drive in Phoenix.

CTI will relocate in May from its current location near Sky Harbor International Airport to a facility owned by EastGroup Properties of Jackson, MS. The University Drive location totals 73,080 square feet and is fully leased to CTI and two other tenants.  This structure is part of a three-building EastGroup project totaling 177,000 square feet. The building features 26-foot ceilings and a 7,183-square-foot showroom/office component. 

 “The facility provided an ideal location and build-out for CTI’s specific business needs,” said Jackie Orcutt of Cushman & Wakefield. “EastGroup Properties has an incredibly streamlined negotiation and lease preparation process which enables seamless movement through complex transactions with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness.  This was the last remaining vacancy in the project and we are pleased to reach 100% occupancy on behalf of EastGroup Properties.”

Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. announces that Latium USA Trading, Inc., a manufacturer of metal building products, is relocating to a 43,550-square-foot building at 1640 S. 39th Ave. in Phoenix. The lease brings the property to 100 percent leased status. Latium USA, formerly Metals USA and headquartered in Holbrook, N.Y., is moving from its previous facility at 3602 Lincoln in Phoenix. Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a Paris-based business travel and meetings and events company recently completed a 5-year lease at Desert Canyon 100, located at 2401 W. Peoria Ave. in Phoenix. The property was selected for its large, flexible floor plans and proximity to employees’ residences. The company, which has a presence in 150 countries and territories, is leasing 25,815 square feet. Constructed in 1999, Desert Canyon 100 is a three-story, Class A building located near Interstate 17, allowing quick access to downtown Phoenix and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Keith Lambeth, senior vice president at Colliers International, and Ryan Timpani, senior associate at Colliers International, served as brokers for the landlord, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company of St. Paul, Minn. Richard Collins with CD Commercial Advisors of Phoenix and Stephen Pisarik with Studley of Irvine, Calif., served as brokers for Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Ultimate Wheel and Tire is Scottsdale and Phoenix’s is a leader in providing quality mobile wheel and mobile tire replacements.
