Phoenix, AZ – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix recently completed two long-term Phoenix office leases for non-profits in separate transactions.

Kathy Foster, senior vice president; Phil Breidenbach, executive vice president; and Greg Barrett, associate; all of Colliers International, represented Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates, a non-profit encouraging students to stay in school and gain workforce skills, and also GaitWay, the only program providing motor skill “conductive education” in the Southwest for cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates leased 2,400-square-feet at 3320 W. Cheryl Drive, Suite B220 from TAF Real Estate, LLC.

“Kathy and Greg took great care to understand our organization’s mission, purpose and needs thoroughly before recommending a new home. They worked closely with us each step to make sure we understood the process as well as all the options available,” said Dianna Harrier, director of operations for Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates.

GaitWay leased 2,600-square-feet at 15905 46th Street, Suite 100 from Enright Capital, Ltd. Dr. David Rhea, M.D. OB/GYN, and his wife, Mary Hare, R.N., formed GaitWay in 1998 after their granddaughter was born with cerebral palsy. GaitWay also has an office in Tucson.

After completing the transactions and wanting to further support the organizations’ missions, Foster, Breidenbach and Barrett created “Team JAG” and “Team GaitWay” to raise donations. Valley businesses donated furniture for the non-profits’ new offices and the Colliers team donated a portion of their commissions.

“We are always grateful for the opportunity to advance a local non-profit’s mission,” Foster said.

“It’s our way to give back to the community,” Breidenbach said.
