Jerry Noble and Greg Mayer Adding to Team Roster

PHOENIX, Arizona – Cushman & Wakefield announced that Keith Lambeth has rejoined the firm’s Phoenix office group as Executive Managing Director.

Lambeth was most recently with Colliers International and was previously with CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield. Bringing over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, he will be partnering with Senior Directors Jerry Noble and Greg Mayer. Liz Collins also recently joined the team from JLL and Patrick Schrimsher was brought on earlier this year from Cushman & Wakefield’s research department.

As Executive Managing Director, Lambeth specializes in land acquisitions, build-to-suits and investment acquisitions and dispositions. “It’s a privilege to join Cushman & Wakefield and team up with Jerry and Greg. Working alongside them, I know I am part of a firm and team whose focus is on the client and provides best-in-class services,” said Lambeth.

Associate, Schrimsher is involved in the leasing and marketing of the team’s listings, including lease transactions and lease analysis. He is also tracking tenant activity and market trends using his extensive research background. As the team’s Brokerage & Marketing Coordinator, Collins will focus on supporting the team and clients. She will assist in leasing and sales transactions, as well as all marketing materials, projects and new business development activities.

Colliers International Congratulates Office Team on Receiving Top Industry Award

Phoenix, AZ – Todd Noel, CCIM, executive vice president; Keith Lambeth, executive vice president; and Ryan Timpani, vice president, with Colliers International in Greater Phoenix, were named Office Brokers of the Year at the 2015 Best of NAIOP Arizona event on March 24.

This is the industry’s top award given in recognition of the brokers’ significant achievements in the Arizona office market.

The team specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout metro Phoenix, with expertise in tenant and landlord representation, investments, build-to-suits and land.

Their remarkable record of success continued in 2015, with the completion of 32 sales and 88 leases, totaling more than 3.4 million square feet with a value of $131.3 million.

PHOENIX, AZ – Bob Mulhern, Senior Managing Director at Collier’s International, was honored with the Award of Excellence at the 2015 Best of NAIOP last week at the Arizona Biltmore.

NAIOP member since 1994, Mulhern served on the Arizona Board of Directors for 14 years, including stints as president and chairman in 1996. He is currently chair of the education committee. In 1996, he moved NAIOP to a strategy of big events, beginning with a golf tournament that year. It has since grown to be one of the most sought-after tickets on the calendar.  

NAIOP Arizona’s Award of Excellence, formerly the Lifetime Achievement Award, is awarded by the Arizona Chapter Board of Directors on an annual basis at the Best of NAIOP event.  The criteria for the recipient is an individual who has made a significant, positive impact on the office and industrial commercial real estate market in Arizona over a period of no less than 15 years, as well as their direct volunteer contribution to the chapter.

As NAIOP Arizona celebrated its 30^th year, it was a big night for repeat winners. Ryan Companies US took home its fourth straight Best of NAIOP award for Firm of the Year and third straight award for General Contractor of the Year. Butler Design Group was named Architect of the Year for the fourth straight time and CBRE (Brokerage Firm of the Year) won for the second straight time.

In the brokerage awards, repeat winners were Pat Williams, JLL, Tenant Rep Broker of the Year; Kate Morris and Vince Femiano, CBRE, Healthcare Brokers of the Year; and Chris Toci, Cushman & Wakefield, Investment Broker of the Year.

Phoenix-based ViaWest Group took home two honors: Owner/Developer of the Year, and Transaction of the Year, Biltmore Financial Center. Talk of the Town Award went to Marina Heights, Building 500.
