Nickolas Orton Insurance Agency, Inc. leased approximately 2,975-square-feet of office space at 6436 E. Broadway Blvd. from Capital Source Financial, LLC. RETAIL – 1325 E. FLORENCE BLVD., CASA GRANDE, AZ
Cox Solutions has leased a 2,100-square-foot space at Tri Valley Plaza, located on the SE corner of Florence Blvd. and Colorado Blvd in Casa Grande. The Premises will be used for the retail sale of services and accessories related to cable TV, internet, phone, and home automation, securing, and cellular phone services and for the sale of consumer electronic products. They are scheduled to open for business February 2015. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Max Bippus of CBRE, represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 10371 N. ORACLE RD., TUCSON, AZ.
La Reserve Community Association leased 1,783-square-feet at Pusch Ridge Centre, 10371 North Oracle Road, Suite 105, in Oro Valley. The tenant intends to use the space for its HOA office. The Landlord, The Lake Investment Group, L.L.C., was represented by Tom Nieman of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. South Point has leased a 1,050-square-foot space at Cochise Plaza, located on the NE corner of Fry Blvd. and Coronado Rd. in Sierra Visa, Arizona. The Premises will be used as an office selling and dispensing hearing aids, providing diagnostic evals, aural rehab and for the sales of related products and services.
