The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Phoenix Lease Report from May 7 thru 11, 2018.

RETAIL – 2445 E THOMAS ROAD, PHOENIX
A lease for 4,400-square-feet at 2445 East Thomas Road to Marisco’s Imperio was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 2445 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ.  The owner of the center is ABRAW, LLC.   Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented both the Landlord and the Tenant.

RETAIL – 1066 N POWER ROAD, MESA
A lease for 3,002-square-feet in NextCare Plaza to Foothills Sports Medicine was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 1066 N Power Rd. in Mesa, AZ. The owner of the center is 1066 N Power LLC. Jake Ertle and Nic Chavira of Rein and Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and Andy Mellen of Landmark ACM represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 15551 N GREENWAY-HAYDEN LOOP, SCOTTSDALE
A lease for 2,820-square-feet at The District at the Airpark to Pro Home Services, LLC was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 15551 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop in Scottsdale, AZ.  The owner of the property is K2H Airpark Design, LLC.  Jake Ertle and Steve Grossoehme of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and the tenant.

RETAIL – SWC LITCHFIELD & BELL, SURPRISE
A lease for 1,182-square-feet in Surprise Towne Center to UBreakIFix was recently consummated.  The location of the property is west of the southwest corner of Litchfield and Bell in Surprise, AZ.  UBreakIFix is a nationally franchised company and has locations nationwide.  Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and Brian Woods of Collier’s International represented the tenant
