Thomas Bean of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Alva Pinchot, LLC, in a 24-month lease for 3,468-square-feet at 2944 N. 44^th St., Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek, Gabe Ortega and Patrick Anthon with NAI Horizon represented the tenant, NYPD Pizza, in a 10-year lease for 3,002-square-feet at 7650 W. Arrowhead Town Center, Suite 120, Glendale, AZ. Morgan Donhoff of Velocity Retail Group represented the landlord, FAE Holdings 416300R, LLC.

 Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek, Gabe Ortega and Patrick Anthon of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, CP6MF LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in an 86-month retail lease for 2,800-square-feet at 1840 E. Warner Rd., Suite 116, Tempe, AZ. Skylar Bennett and Jennifer Summers of Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate, LLC, represented the tenant, The Grid Cyber Lounge, LLC.

Tyler Smith with NAI represented both the landlord, Arrowhead 79^th, LLC, and the tenant, AM Nutrition Services, LLC, in an 87-month lease for 2,592-square-feet at 18001 N. 79^th Avenue, Suite A11, Phoenix, AZ.

Brian & Tom Woods with Colliers International represented uBreakiFix, the Tenant on a 5- year lease with RED, the Landlord at Chandler Village Center, 3401 W. Frye Road, Chandler, AZ, 85226, for 1,307-square-feet.  Signed in 2nd Q 2017.
