Sterling Jewelers, Inc (DBA:  Kay Jewelers), based in Akron, Ohio, has signed a long-term lease at Tucson Spectrum, 1183 W. INDUSTRIAL – 3961 E. SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Canyon State Strength and Conditioning, LLC, leased 2,315-square-feet at Central Point Business Plaza, 3961 East Speedway Boulevard, Suites 414-415. The tenant will open a CrossFit gym in this accessible, centrally-located property, catering to University of Arizona students and the general public.
