ASIAN ISLAND INKED LEASE AT CENTERPOINT AT DEER VALLEY
A lease for 1,928–square-feet in Centerpoint at Deer Valley to Asian Island was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 23450 N. 19^th Ave., Phoenix, AZ.  The owner of the center is SimonCRE Louise IV, LLC.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Landlord and the Tenant.

NORTH VALLEY BICYCLES IN PHOENIX AT 7TH STREET PLAZA
North Valley Bicycle opened 1,877-square-feet at the NEC of 7th Street and Union Hills Drive in 7th Street Plaza. North Valley Bicycle is a neighborhood Bike Shop with a product mix that reaches all income levels. North Valley Bicycle relocated from their prior location at Union Hills Drive & Cave Creek Road to 7th Street Plaza. SCOTTSDALE FAMILY PSYCHIATRY BRINGS HEALING TO PLAZA CODORNIZ
Scottsdale Family Pshyciatry has leased a 1,531-square-foot space in Plaza Codorniz at 4300 North Miller Road, Ste 137 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Scottsdale Family Psychiatry is devoted to the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of mental disorders and offer all measures of healing. A lease for 1,485-square-feet in SheaScott Plaza to Nail Bar on Shea was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 7337 E. Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, AZ.  The owner of the center is SheaScott, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Landlord and the Tenant.

KUMON MATH & READING CENTER TO REMAIN IN COPPER POINT IN CHANDLER
Kumon Math & Reading Center signed a lease for 1,296-square-feet in Copper Point located on the NWC of Ray Road & McClintock Drive in Chandler, Arizona.  Kumon Math & Reading Center celebrates 60 years of learning, Kumon’s after-school academic enrichment program has helped children achieve success worldwide.   Eliot Stedman of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services represented the Landlord on the Lease.

KING DISCUS & KOI FISH OPENS AT COLUMBIA PLAZA
King Discus & Koi Fish has leased 1,200-square-feet in Columbia Plaza at the SWC 99th Avenue & Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix, Arizona – Rommie Mojahed has been recognized in the valley for his notable retail development transactions from areas all over the valley.  As one of the Director’s for the retail division, he has grown his retail team over the years and brings on Lindsey Dulle to oversee specific marketing and project management for the team’s extensive listing activity.  She is also fully licensed with the State of Arizona so she is the newest Associate Advisor on Mojahed’s retail team.

Dulle comes with a solid background and knowledge of commercial real estate. She was originally hired into the assistant marketing role at Desert Commercial Advisors in Phoenix to support the retail leasing and sales team for Rommie Mojahed however three months ago yesterday she officially hung her commercial real estate license with SVN.  Moving forward, Dulle will not only continue to play an instrumental role in offering knowledgeable marketing & design support to three other advisors, she will also be an active associate advisor on future listings.

Prior to SVN in California, she spent over three years with CBRE, where she worked for the top investment sales teams in Southern California.  “Lindsey has already been an integral part of elevating the marketing for over forty-two of Rommie’s active listings that is comprised of retail and land developments,” said the Director of Marketing & Administration, Melissa Swader.

Lindsey Dulle has her Bachelors in Liberal Studies from the University of Redlands, but she is happy to be back in her hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and two young boys.
