RETAIL – 400 E. HIGHWAY, PAYSON
Rue 21 has leased 6,500-square-feet of at RIM County Mall located at 400 E. Highway in Payson, Ariz. The specialty discount retailer was represented by Peter Villaescusa and Jesse Peron with CBRE’s Tucson office. The landlord, Payson Development Assoc., was represented by Andy Seleznov with Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – 2155 – 2161 E. UNIVERSITY DR., TEMPE
A lease for 5,105-square-feet at Shoppes at University 101 located at the SWC of University Dr & 101 Freeway, Tempe, AZ to TruHit Fitness was recently consummated. The owner of the center is 2155 E University, LLC. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and Michelle Gardner of Shell Commercial represented the tenant on this transaction.

RETAIL – 5151 W. OLIVE AVE., GLENDALE
A lease for 2,700-square-feet at 5151 W Olive Ave., Glendale, AZ to Swizzle Sticks was recently completed. This includes a 1,200 sf addition to Swizzle Sticks previous suite. The Landlord is Olive Square L.P. Jake Ertle and Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL – 7420 E. PINNACLE PEAK RD., PHOENIX
A lease for 2,044-square-feet in 7420 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, AZ was recently consummated. The owner of the property is WR Realty, LLC. Richard Gobeille of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented Landlord and Doug Underhill of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s represented the Tenant.

A lease for 1,668-square-feet in 22044 N. 44th St. Office Building in Phoenix, AZ was recently consummated. The owner of the property is Donley, LLC. Richard Gobeille of Rein and Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord and Katie Petrine of American Realty Brokers represented the Tenant.

A lease for 1,651-square-feet in 7420 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, AZ was recently consummated. The owner of the property is WR Realty, LLC. Richard Gobeille of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord and the Tenant.

RETAIL – 40 PALMS PLAZA, PHOENIX
A lease for 1,635-square-feet at 40 Palms Plaza at SEC of Thomas Road and 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ to Adela’s Italian Food was recently consummated. Brasher Real Estate Acquires Russ Lyon Sotheby’s Franchise For Much of So AZ

Tubac, AZ – Brasher Real Estate, a trusted name in Southern Arizona since 1984, has expanded its resources by acquiring the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Real Estate franchise, the protected area of which spans much of Southeastern Arizona. This acquisition gives agents and clients significantly enhanced marketing tools and has positioned Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty/The Brasher Team for exponential growth in both residential and commercial real estate.

Gary Brasher, CEO, and Jacque Brasher, designated broker, of Brasher Real Estate are excited to announce the acquisition of the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s franchise for much of Southern Arizona. They were childhood friends and early business associates, so the groundwork for this acquisition has been ongoing.
