Rue 21 has leased 6,500-square-feet of at RIM County Mall located at 400 E. Highway in Payson, Ariz. The specialty discount retailer was represented by Peter Villaescusa and Jesse Peron with CBRE’s Tucson office. The landlord, Payson Development Assoc., was represented by Andy Seleznov with Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – 2155 – 2161 E. UNIVERSITY DR., TEMPE
A lease for 5,105-square-feet at Shoppes at University 101 located at the SWC of University Dr & 101 Freeway, Tempe, AZ to TruHit Fitness was recently consummated. The owner of the center is 2155 E University, LLC. A lease for 2,700-square-feet at 5151 W Olive Ave., Glendale, AZ to Swizzle Sticks was recently completed. This includes a 1,200 sf addition to Swizzle Sticks previous suite.
