The long-term lease totals $457,071.  “Arizona Ice Cream Company, Inc. also operates two local Cold Stone Creamery stores and plans to open up to four Tucson-area Pinkberry locations over the next 12 to 18 months,” Scott Soelter of NAI Horizon said. Pinkberry, which offers frozen desserts, originated in Los Angeles in 2005 and now has more than 260 locations in 20 countries. It is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
