Volk Company Handles Sale of Several Downtown Tucson Buildings

TUCSON, Arizona — Quattro Ninos of Tucson (Celia Mata) purchased the two-suite office building at 549 North 6th Avenue in Tucson for $437,000 ($199 PSF).

The property consists of two beautifully built-out suites with separate entrances and addresses (549 North 6th Avenue and 180 E 5th Street). Interior features include multiple skylights, custom tile work, classic wood details, and soaring common area ceilings.

This building is located at the southwest corner of 6th Avenue and 5th Street, a prominent corner on the picturesque stretch of 6th Avenue, in the heart of significant recent economic activity and just blocks away from the center of downtown Tucson.

The smaller suite can be combined into the main suite that features a full bathroom and large kitchen area for the buyer to owner occupy the building as an in-home nursing care service dba Reliable Nurses.

Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the seller, 549 Associates, LLC, in the sale of the 2,200-square-foot office building on 3,049-square-feet of land. The purchaser, Quattro Ninos, was represented by Gabriel Silguero of Righteous Realty Company in Tucson.

The same buyer, Quattro Ninos, also purchased the nearby vacant retail building at 513 North 6th Avenue in March 2017 for $550,000 ($276 PSF).

Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the seller, 513 N 6th Avenue, LLC, in the sale of the 1,995-square-foot retail building on 12,197-square-feet of land. The purchaser, Quattro Ninos, was represented by Gabriel Silguero of Righteous Realty Company in Tucson.
