Tanque Verde Pediatrics Buys Building to Finish

TUCSON, AZ — A stand-alone office building at 7507 E Tanque Verde Road in Tucson sold to TVP Real Estate of Tucson (Amelia Decker, member) for $675,000 ($93 PSF).

The 2007 built building had 2,955-square-feet built out and 4,283-square-feet grey shell ready for build out. The seller, Herbert & Karen Kirsch of Tucson occupied the property dba Best Mailing Lists, Inc. prior to sale.

Buyer purchased the property to finish building into medical use dba Tanque Verde Pediatrics. Currently located two blocks away, at 7265 Tanque Verde Road, the six physician practice will relocate after build out is complete.

With over 25 years of serving Arizona, Tanque Verde Pediatrics, founded by Rickey Williams sees patients in every pediatric age group, from birth to age 22. They address the acute as well as chronic medical and behavioral problems of patients. And of course, also well children for check-ups, sports physicals and other needs.
