Terracon Foundation

TUCSON, Ariz. (July 29, 2025) – The Terracon Foundation is pleased to announce the award of a $2,300 community grant to TMM Family Services, Inc.

The funds will be used to support the TMM Workforce Development Center in purchasing furniture, technology, and presentation materials to create a welcoming and functional learning environment.

The TMM Workforce Development Center will serve as a vital resource hub for Family Journey participants, providing a dedicated space to support their personal and professional growth. This newly renovated center will host classes and workshops led by community partners, aligning with the Family Journey’s four key areas of growth: employment readiness, financial literacy, education, and life skills.

TMM’s mission is to provide quality affordable housing, essential education, and stability for qualifying low-income seniors, single parents, and veterans within Metro Tucson.

“It’s a privilege to support TMM in making their Workforce Development Center a reality, and I’m proud to have championed the grant that helped make it possible,” said

Bianca A. Rivera, Southwest Region Marketing Lead at Terracon’s Tucson office. “I’m both proud and deeply grateful to be an employee-owner at a company that empowers us to champion and support the organizations we care about in our community.”

Since its founding more than 15 years ago, the Terracon Foundation has awarded nearly $5 million to community organizations, universities, dependents of employees, and for disaster relief efforts.
