The quarterly meeting Pima County Economic Development focused on commercial real estate

Jeff Casper, First VP, CBRE

TUCSON, AZ (October 8, 2024) — Pima County Economic Development held its regional economic development quarterly meeting on Sept. 26 featuring Jeff Casper from CBRE.

The meeting draws attendees from across the state representing local municipalities, utility providers, commercial real estate offices, statewide agencies, and more.

The presentation by Casper focused on successes, trends, data, and more within the commercial real estate world.

Additionally, Jack Bustamante, VP of Business Development for the AZ Commerce Authority (ACA), gave an update on behalf of the ACA regarding trends, project pipeline, and the ACA’s efforts in Southern Arizona.

Jeff Casper is a First Vice President at CBRE with CBRE Phoenix Multifamily Institutional Properties and specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties in Tucson. Since 2020, Jeff has been involved in the sale of ±3,000 units valued at ±$600 million. Jeff began his career at CBRE in 2012 and was focused primarily on the sale and leasing of office and medical properties until shifting his focus to multifamily in 2019. Jeff’s comprehensive industry experience and unique market perspective as a Tucson native enhance his ability to provide clients with invaluable market information to make the most informed and beneficial real estate decisions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff worked as an engineering planner at Raytheon Missile Systems and as an assistant baseball coach at his alma mater, the University of Arizona. He played for the Arizona Wildcats baseball team while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business and later completed his MBA at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
