
Space Savers Storage at 1333 South Pantano Pkwy sold to Tucson Storage Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of the Hagger Group, of Canoga Park, CA (Chad Hagger, principal) for $1.6 million ($6,926 per unit).
The 17,120-square-foot storage facility located at 22nd Street and Pantano Pkwy sits on 3.9 acres in the Eastern submarket of Tucson. The total units is 231 rental units and consists of a mixture of 131-storage units and 100 RV outside spaces.
This is the second self-storage facility recently purchased by the buyer that also purchased A-Access Self Storage at 4070 E 2th Street I Tucson for $1.9 million as reported Aug 5th in The Real Estate Daily News. and is looking for more properties of this type in Tucson.

In a separate deal, Palo Verde Self Storage at 3970 S Palo Verde Road in Tucson was sold for $1.49 million ($2,800 per unit). The 56,320-square-foot under roof contains 532 storage units on 3 acres at Ajo Way and Palo Verde in the Southern submarket of Tucson.
The buyer, PCR Self Storage of Aurora, CO and the seller, Palo Verde Self Storage, LLC of Tucson (Robert Cote, principal) were self-represented in the transaction.
