Tim Wright Named Director of Real Estate at John F. Long Properties
Phoenix, Arizona – Tim Wright has been named Director of Real Estate with John F. Long Properties LLLP. He brings more than 20 years of experience in Arizona commercial real estate to the long-standing development company.
“We are pleased to have Tim, with his Valley roots and years of real estate experience, join our team,” says General Partner Jacob F. Long. “Tim will handle all aspects of our real estate investments, including acquisition and disposition. Tim will also be responsible for our Aldea Centre, Copperwing projects and the retail development at StoneHaven.”
Wright has been the owner of Poni Investments, LLC since 2013. Prior to forming his own real estate investment firm, he served as Executive Vice President of The Ellman Companies. His experience includes oversight of development, construction and management of a wide variety of commercial real estate assets, including retail, office and land. His background includes several years in underwriting and funding of real estate loans, which broadens his experience in the industry.

Wright holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in business administration from the Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business.
