Tucson, AZ (September 13, 2024) — CBRE’s Tim Healy represented ZNARF LLC, in selling an 11,443-square-foot industrial property formerly occupied by Action Imaging Group at 3970 South Evans Blvd., Tucson, Ariz.  Max Fisher of BRD Realty LLC represented the buyer, Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants, the owner/user.

The asset sold for $1,725,000 ($150.75 PSF) on August 29, 2024.
