TUCSON, ARIZONA, August 21, 2023 — Highlighted this week is a 12,600-square-foot retail lease at 3707-3744 S 16th Ave. in Tucson to Suvida Healthcare handled by Joey Castillo, Jeramy Price, and Andreas Castillo of VOLK Company for the landlord, Santa Cruz Plaza AZ and Jared Cauffield of Western Retail Advisors representing the tenant.

Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation renewed and expanded its lease with Ohio Street Building No. 2 Ltd., LLLP, for a combined 7,365 square feet of office space, at 4600 S. RETAIL – 4385 W INARD., TUCSON 85741, Northwest
Hounds Town has leased 6,640 sf of space at Ina-10 Flex Center, located at 4385 W Ina Rd, Marana. Hounds Town delivers a fully interactive indoor/outdoor pet daycare to the Marana community. Ina 10 Flex Center is the redevelopment of the former Bedroxx Bowling Alley. Larsen Baker acquired the asset to reposition the building to serve the Flex/Industrial needs of the NW market. Ina 10 has 35k sf+ remaining available for retail/flex/industrial users and two acres of land for a storage yard. RETAIL – 2643 N CAMPBELL AVE., TUCSON 85719, Central
Jeramy Price and Andreas Castillo of VOLK Company represented the landlord, QuanAnhdai, LLC, in its new lease and extension of approximately 4,960 square feet of building improvements at 2643 North Campbell Avenue. Tenants will incorporate a new nail salon concept and complement their existing business, JA Ramen. VOLK Company nailed it by bringing this establishment to 100% leased.
RETAIL – 4040 E 22nd ST., TUCSON 85711, East
Terry Dahlstrom of VOLK Company handled the long-term lease transaction between the landlord, Miriam E. Wright Revocable Trust, and Romulus Restaurants, L.L.C., DBA IHOP Restaurants. The new restaurant will be approximately 4,960 square feet on a pad at 4040 E 22nd Street within the Randolph Plaza Shopping Center. The tenant plans to redesign the existing restaurant space and operate an IHOP Restaurant, expected to open in December. This makes the 14th Arizona transaction Terry Dahlstrom handled on Romulus LLC’s behalf.

INDUSTRIAL – 4712 S TENNESSEE PLACE, TUCSON 85706, South
Andreas Castillo and Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Ideal Tucson Holdings LLC, in its lease of approximately 3,001 square feet of building improvements located at 4712 S Tennessee Place to Shouman Import, LLC. The tenant currently occupies the adjoining space and plans to expand their warehouse facility, which supplies their retail outlets in Southern Arizona.
