Tucson Commercial Lease Report, August 19-23, 2024

TUCSON, ARIZONA (August 26, 2024 )– Two large retail leases are highlighted this week. Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR leased a new seasonal retail space to Spirit Halloween for 33,630 square feet in the former Bed Bath & Beyond space at 6310 N Oracle Rd in Tucson. Burlington also leased a 21,580-square-foot space at 7160 E Broadway Blvd. that was handled by Isaac Figueroa with Larsen Baker and Mike Polacheck with SRS Real Estate Partners

RETAIL – 6310 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON, 85704 – Northwest Submarket
Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC leased 33,630 square feet of retail space at Oracle Plaza, 6310 N. Oracle Rd. in Tucson, the former Bed Bath & Beyond from Oracle Plaza, LLC. Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

RETAIL – 7160 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON, 85711 – East Submarket
Burlington, a national discount retailer offering low prices daily on brand-name merchandise for the entire family and home, has leased 21,580 square feet of junior anchor space at the Circle Plaza Shopping Center, 7160 E Broadway Blvd. They anticipate opening by the Fall of 2025. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker, represented the landlord, and Mike Polacheck, with SRS Real Estate Partners, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 2165 N FORBES BLVD., TUCSON, 85745 – West Submarket
Performance Windows leased 6,098 square feet of industrial space at Broadbent Interstate Center, 2165 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 105 in Tucson, from Pegasus Tucson Owner, LLC. OFFICE – 2085-2397 E FRY BLVD., COCHISE PLAZA, SIERRA VISTA, 85635 – Cochise County
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce two new leases at Cochise Plaza. Allo Arizona, LLC dba ALLO Fiber has leased 5,423 square feet of office space, and Vital Forge, LLC has leased 1,050 sf of office space. HotWorx has leased a 1,950-square-foot inline space at the Rancho Center, 3400 E Speedway Blvd. Suite 116 & 118 in Tucson, AZ. HotWorx, with its 24-hour infrared saunas, will feature a hot exercise studio that will include virtual instruction classes and high-intensity interval training sessions. They will also sell some fitness-related products.
