Tucson Commercial Lease Report, August 3-7, 2026

TUCSON, ARIZONA (Aug. 10, 2026) — Tucson commercial leasing activity reported to Real Estate Daily News for the week of August 3-7, 2026, included retail, industrial, and office transactions across the Tucson market.

The largest transaction reported this week was the renewal by Solar Industries, Inc. for 6,588 square feet of retail space on East Speedway Boulevard. New leasing activity included two 5,000-square-foot industrial transactions, the return of a diner concept to the former Welcome Diner property on Broadway Boulevard, and two restaurant leases.

The property is the former Welcome Diner and serves as the western gateway to The Sunshine Mile. Built in 1964, the property has been serving the University and downtown diner market for more than 60 years, a tradition Howdy Diner will continue.
