TUCSON, ARIZONA (January 3, 2024) -- Highlighted this week is a 13,888-square-foot retail lease to D2 Dispensary.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, Dave Hammack represented the landlord, and Cameron Lee with David Lee Real Estate Company represented the tenant. 

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from December 18-29, 2023.

RETAIL – 3906 N ORACLE RD, TUCSON, 85705 – Central Submarket
AB46 Investments, LLC, dba D2 Dispensary, leased 13,888 square feet of retail space at San Francisco Square, 3906 N. Oracle Rd., Suite 110 in Tucson, from The Machado Family Trust. Dave Hammack, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Cameron Lee, with David Lee Real Estate Company, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 850 E OHIO ST., TUCSON, 85714 – South Submarket
Guero's Produce LLC leased 3,390 square feet of industrial space at 850 E. Ohio St., Suite 13 & 14 in Tucson, from RRL Inc.  Denisse Angulo-Badilla, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. Max Fisher with BRD Realty, LLC, represented the landlord.

RETAIL – 2712 E 22ND ST., TUCSON, 85713 – South Submarket
Brother John’s BBQ leased 2,761 square feet of retail space at 2712 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, from Four Jakes Development, LLC. Dave Hammack, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 5295 E KNIGHT DR., TUCSON, 85712 – Northeast Submarket
Schmidtke Dental P.C.& Tucson Aesthetics, LLC leased the 2,625 square foot medical office at Tucson Medical Park, 5295 E. Knight Dr., Suite 100 in Tucson, from TMC Holdings, Inc. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, and Alexis Corona, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 3865 E 34TH ST., TUCSON, 85713 – South Submarket
Act Fast Delivery of Tucson, Inc. renewed their lease with AP & D Investments, LLP for 1,376 square feet of industrial space at Alvernon Business Center, 3865 E. 34th St., Suite 106 in Tucson. Velociti Services leased 932 square feet of industrial space at Ajo/Evans Business Park, 3819 S. Evans Blvd., Suite 307 in Tucson, from FJM Merced Associates, LP. Andrew Keim and Alex Demeroutis, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 2231 N INDIAN RUINS, TUCSON, 85715 – Northeast Submarket
Americas Rehab Campuses LLC leased 710 square feet of office space at 2231 N. Indian Ruins Rd., Suite 4 in Tucson, from Ozam Investments, LLC. Molly Gilbert, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 8 MARTAN RD., NOGALES, 85621 – Santa Cruz County

RENEWAL
