CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness, Inc. leased 21,760-square-feet at 380 E. Fort Lowell Rd. in Tucson, from 380 Holdings, LLC.   The property will go through a complete remodel to accommodate their specific requirements, with expectations for a mid-2017 occupancy.
