Desert Village Therapy Center, LCC leased 4,017 square feet of office space at 5524 E. 4th St., in Tucson, from 5524 E. 4th St, LLC. Ryan McGregor, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL / FLEX – 7061 N CAMINO MARTIN, MARANA, 85741 – Northwest Submarket
Desert Sky Real Estate, LLC, dba Desert Sky Designs, has leased the last 2,544-square-foot space at Ina-10 Flex Center, at 7061 N Camino Martin in Marana, Suite 150. Desert Sky Design is a full-service design firm specializing in interior design, customized renovations, and home staging. Ina 10 Flex Center is the redevelopment of the former Bedroxx Bowling Alley. Larsen Baker acquired the asset to reposition the building to serve the Flex/Industrial needs of the Northwest market. The building is now 100% leased.
