TUCSON, ARIZONA (June 8, 2026) — Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, CBRE, Larsen Baker, Grimm Commercial, and other brokerage firms reported 20 commercial lease transactions totaling 113,780 square feet for the week of June 1-5, 2026.
The activity included 55,064 square feet in new leases and expansions and 58,716 square feet in renewals.
