Just Between Friends leased 33,630 square feet of retail space at Oracle Plaza, 6310 N. Oracle Rd., the former Bed Bath & Beyond, in Tucson, from Oracle Plaza, LLC.  Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier, Principal, Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Insurance Marketing Solutions, LLC, leased 15,732 square feet at Tucson West II, 333 E. Wetmore.  Phil Skillings and Kyle Kilgore with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, and Chris Itule with DSW represented the tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – 7051 N CAMINO MARTIN RD., MARANA, 85741 – Northwest submarket
Andreas Castillo of VOLK Company represented Tucson Soccer Center LLC in its lease of approximately 13,717 square feet at 7051 N Camino Martin from Bedroxx OZ Organization, LLC. The tenant will operate an indoor soccer facility catering to clubs and teams around southern Arizona. Isaac Figueroa of Larsen Baker represented the landlord.

Dependable Home Health, Inc. leased 12,323 square feet at the Williams Centre at 5210 E. Williams Circle.  Phil Skillings and Kyle Kilgore with NAI Horizon handled the transaction.

RETAIL – 3710 W. OVERTON RD., TUCSON, 85742 – Northwest submarket
After sixteen years of vacancy, since its construction during the great recession, 8,500 square feet of the 13,300-square-foot building located at 3710 W. Overton Rd. in Tucson has been leased to an undisclosed national tenant. Batoun Herrington, CCIM, with Branel Real Estate Company, represented the landlord.

Real Floors, Inc. renewed its lease with Walker Tucson Property, LLC for 9,000 square feet of industrial space at 1859 W. Grant Rd., Suite 103 in Tucson. Robert Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

RETAIL – 5849 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON, 85704 – Northwest submarket
Gourmet Girls, LLC renewed its lease with CAS Real Property, LP, for 2,050 square feet of retail space at Placita Del Norte, 5849 N. Oracle Rd. in Tucson. Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier, Principal, Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

RETAIL – 2955 W VALENCIA RD., TUCSON, 85746 – West submarket
VOLK Company handled the renewals at 2955 W Valencia in the Valencia Corners Center. Pro Cuts, which has occupied the space since 2006, renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of space in Suite 141. Cricket Cellular, which has occupied Suite 141 since 2016, renewed its lease for 1,500 square feet.

RETAIL – 901 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON, 85719 – Central submarket
VOLK Company handled the lease renewal between MCAZ Real Estate Ventures I LLC and Team Arizona Pizza, Inc., for approximately 1,175 square feet of space at 901 E Speedway.  The tenant operates Domino’s Pizza and has been at this location since 2014.
