TUCSON, ARIZONA (March 25, 2024) -- Highlighted this week is a 13,000-square-foot industrial lease at the newly redeveloped Ina-Flex Center in Marana to Tetra Tech, Inc. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR with Larsen Baker, represented the landlord, Max Fisher of BRD Realty, and Sam Devorris and David Kimball of NAI Capital represented the tenant.

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from March 18-22, 2024.

INDUSTRIAL – 7051 N CAMINO MARTIN, MARANA, 85741 – Northwest Submarket
Tetra Tech, Inc. has leased 13,000 square feet of space at Ina-10 Flex Center, 7051 N Camino Martin in Marana. Tetra Tech, Inc. is an American consulting and engineering services firm that provides consulting, engineering, and other services in water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and more. The space will be used for an office and warehouse. Ina 10 Flex Center is the redevelopment of the former Bedroxx Bowling Alley. Larsen Baker acquired the asset to reposition the building to serve the Flex/Industrial needs of the NW market. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR with Larsen Baker, represented the landlord, Max Fisher of BRD Realty, and Sam Devorris and David Kimball of NAI Capital represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 830 E 16TH STREET, TUCSON, 85719 – Central Submarket
Assurance Relocation Systems LLC leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 830 E. 16th St. in Tucson, from MAW Properties I, LLC. Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialist, and Kameron Norwood, Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Michael Cohen with American Realty Brokers represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 6970 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON, 85704 – Northwest Submarket
Tucson Wellness leased 3,253 square feet of retail space at 6970 N. Oracle Rd., Suite 130, in Tucson from Howard S. Franklin Revocable Trust and Susan A. Franklin Revocable Trust. Dave Hammack, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. Julie Niles represented the landlord with Venture West Real Estate Services, LLC.

RETAIL – 3954 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON, 85705 – Central Submarket
Stanton Optical leased 2,031 square feet of retail space at Oracle Village, 3954 N. Oracle Rd., from The Edward and Zlaine Machado Family Trust. This will mark Stanton Optical's second location in Tucson. Natalie Furrier, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. David Carroll with Romano Real Estate Corporation represented the landlord. Stanton Optical is set to open for business in late April.

INDUSTRIAL – 1251 S TYNDALL AVE., TUCSON, 85713 – South Submarket
Predictive Solutions Engineering, LLC leased 1,750 square feet of industrial space at 1251 S. Tyndall Ave., Suite 105 in Tucson, from Jada’s Tucson Properties, LLC. Agents with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled this transaction. Andrew Keim, and Rob Tomlinson, Principal, represented the landlord. Kameron Norwood represented the tenant.

Engel for Arizona leased 1,587 square feet of office space at 2200 E. River Rd., Suite 121 in Tucson, from Hazen Arroyo I, LLC, & Hazen Arroyo II, LLC. Jason Shaltiel, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

RETAIL – 60 N HARRISON RD., TUCSON, 85748 – East Submarket
Girlfriends Closet has expanded into an additional 1,300 square feet retail space at Broadway Albertson's Center, 60 N. Harrison Rd., Suite A110 & A120 in Tucson, from Dave Grabbert Ranch Inc. Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier, Principals, and Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 5725 E 5TH STREET, TUCSON, 85711 – East Submarket
Sevic Orthodontic Laboratory, dba Sevic Lab, leased 1,181 square feet of office space at 5725 E. 5th St. in Tucson from JGBST Trust. Molly Gilbert and Ryan McGregor, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 2460 W RUTHRAUFF RD., TUCSON, 85705 - Central Submarket
JRS Computer Services, LLC, dba Simpson Computer Services, leased 1,100 square feet of industrial space at Ruthrauff Commerce Center, 2460 W. Ruthrauff Rd., Suite 196 in Tucson, from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

Divinely Positive Sound Healing, LLC leased 1,041 square feet of industrial space at Palo Verde Business Center, 3820 S.
