Tucson Commercial Lease Report, October 14-18, 2024

TUCSON, ARIZONA (October 21, 2024 )–  This week’s lease report features a contractor’s yard with 33,535 square feet gross and 22,000 square feet usable I-1 zoned at 1650 N Halcron Court in Tucson to an Auto Repair tenant. Ajay Madhvani, MAI, with AM Valuation Services, was the landlord, and Maricruz Fuentes, Marcela Fuentes, and Estevan Moreno, with Casas Real Estate Rental, handled the transaction.
