Artisan Design Group Investments, LLC, leased 33,311 square feet of industrial space at Tucson Airport Distribution Center, 6855 S. Lisa Frank Ave., Suite A in Tucson, from Schnitzer Properties, LLC. Jesse Blum, Principal, Alex Demeroutis, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Beau Kaleel with Cushman & Wakefield, Houston, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 3450 S BROADMONT DR., TUCSON, 85713 – South Submarket
Traxda LLC renewed its lease with Tin Cup Properties, LLC for 9,340 square feet of industrial space at 3450 S. Broadmont Dr., Suite 128 in Tucson.
