Tucson I – Buyer Acquires Glenn Dorado Apartments for $2.66 Million

TUCSON, ARIZONA (June 20, 2025) – Tucson I – Buyer has, a Tucson investor, acquired the Glenn Dorado Apartments, a 28-unit multifamily community located at 3839 E. Glenn Street in Tucson, for $2,660,000 ($95.000 per unit). The property was purchased from M&L-LA Properties #2 LP and B Ave Investments LLC of San Diego, in a deal that closed on June 6, 2025.

Glenn Dorado Apartments spans approximately 22,400 square feet and offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units in a central Tucson location. The community is situated near major thoroughfares, shopping centers, and the University of Arizona, offering tenants convenient access to public transportation and local amenities.
