
The Tucson Industrial Market has been clipping along briskly this year at approximately $20 million in sales volume per quarter and Q3 is on target for the same. With eight business days left in the month, the current year-over-year industrial sales are up by 66% and show strong, steady increase over last year.
Andrew Lauren Granite – Interior Designs purchased the property at 5970 South Palo Verde Road in Tucson for $1.1 million ($42 PSF). The seller, Lazydays Land Holdings that was using the property for a collision center prior to sale and buyer will owner occupy after conversion for the granite fabricator. The 26,440-square-feet in two metal buildings, with 19 grade level doors on 3.97 acres of fully paved and fenced yard.
Andrew Lauren Granite – Interior Design is a subsidiary of Andrew Lauren Interiors, and specializes in flooring, countertops and window treatments for new home construction in the Southern California and Southern Arizona markets.
The relocation from 1450 E Apache Park Place in Tucson will be and expansion for the company once tenant improvements are complete. Andrew Lauren will also continue to occupy its showroom at 2843 N Alvernon Way, at Alvernon & Fort Lowell, in Tucson.

Cirrus Visual of Tucson (Brandon Blair, president) through an affiliate, 601 N Stone Avenue LLC, bought the former auto service center at 601 North Stone Avenue in Tucson for $775,000 ($56 PSF) from Barret Silver of Scottsdale, AZ. The 13,724-square-foot property will be converted into new headquarters for Cirrus Visual, a graphic design studio and commercial printing company under the same roof.
Cirrus Visual, provides virtually any product or service imaginable to communicate with clients, employees, stockholders, or vendors including personalized printing, large format printing of banners and tradeshow exhibits, promotional items, mailing and fulfillment services, and marketing and graphic design services.
