The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from Jan. 15 thru 19, 2018.

OFFICE – 3873 N. ORACLE RD., TUCSON
Product Development Corporation leased 2,400-square-feet at 3873 N. Oracle in Oracle Tower business park.  Gary Emerson of GRE Partners, LLC handled the transaction for the landlord.

OFFICE – 100 N. STONE AV., TUCSON
Inspired Fitness, LLC leased 2,256-square-feet. of office space at 100 N. Stone Avenue in the Pioneer Building. Michael Coretz of Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson represented the tenant. David Volk and Bruce Suppes of CBRE represented the landlord, Holualoa Pioneer, LLC, in the transaction.

RETAIL – 733 – 735 N. 4th AV., TUCSON
Core Campus Management, LLC leased 1,306-square-feet at 733-735 North 4th Avenue. The tenant intends to use the space for a leasing office and model apartment for HUB 3, its newest student housing tower at Speedway and Tyndall.
