Tucson Lease Report April 13-17, 2020

A 44,592-square-foot industrial lease to  Independent Electric Supply handled by Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Picor highlights this week’s lease report.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report April 13 thru 17, 2020.

INDUSTRIAL – 777 E MacARTHUR CIRCLE, TUCSON
Independent Electric Supply, Inc. leased 44,592-square-feet of industrial space, located at 777 E. MacArthur Circle in Tucson, from MacArthur Investments, LLC.  Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  Mike Parker with CBRE, Phoenix, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 975 W GRANT RD STE 105, TUCSON
Mahr, Inc. leased 4,000-square-feet of industrial space in Grant Road Commons, 975 W. Grant Rd., Suite 105 in Tucson, from Sundance Property Management, LLC.  Paul Hooker, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Michael Coretz, with Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson LLC, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 2403 E AGRON RD., TUCSON
Leah Bogen of VOLK Company represented Dam Foods in its lease of 3,250-square-feet at 2403 E Agron Rd. The landlord, HSTLI Building Properties LLC, was represented by Jesse Blum of CBRE.

OFFICE – 1707 W ST. MARY’S RD., TUCSON

FWN Investments, LLC leased 2,400-square-feet of industrial space in Midway Business Park, 4500 E. Speedway Blvd., Suites 47/48 in Tucson, from Presson Midway, LLC. Robert C. RETAIL – EL CORREDOR, ORACLE & LINDA VISTA, ORO VALLEY
Debbie Heslop, CCIM of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Boulder Oro Valley LLC, in the lease of 2,000-square-feet at the El Corredor development at the NEC of Oracle and Linda Vista in Oro Valley.  Aaron LaPrise of Picor represented the tenant, Freytag Orthodontics LLC.

Kevin Volk of VOLK Company represented the Arizona Democratic Party in its lease of 1,920-square-feet at 3532 E Grant Road for a campaign office for Mark Kelly for Senate. The landlord, Miramar Property Investors LLC, was represented by Gordon Wagner of NAI Horizon.

OFFICE – 3939 E PIMA ST., TUCSON
Leah Bogen of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Venetian Investments, in the lease of 1,580-square-feet office space at 3939 E Pima to Arizona Medicare Helpers LLC. The tenant was represented by Juan Pantoja of Grimm Commercial.

RETAIL – 4403 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Kevin Volk of VOLK Company represented the tenant, Precious Metals Refinery, LLC in their lease of 1,200-square-feet at 4403 E Speedway Blvd. The landlord, Rich Rodgers Investments Inc., was represented by Ramiro Scavo of PICOR.  The tenant plans to open a PMR store that buys and sell jewelry and valuables.

RETAIL – TANQUE VERDE SHOPPING CENTER, TUCSON

RETAIL – 1101 N WILMOT RD., STE 233, TUCSON
VOLK Company agents Kevin Volk and Joey Castillo represented the landlord, Larrinaga Sisters, LLC, in the lease of 803-square-feet at 1101 North Wilmot Road, Suite 233 to Siripel Numching who will do business as Ma Thai Massage in El Dorado Village at the northwest corner of Speedway and Wilmot.

RETAIL – 245 E CONGRESS ST., TUCSON
Leah Bogen of VOLK Company represented the landlord, One North Fifth LLC, in the lease of the last remaining space at 245 Congress Street in Downtown Tucson. Berry Greens Acai & Juice Bar, LLC will occupy the 750-square-feet of Suite 159 for a Smoothie and Juice bar.
