Tucson Lease Report April 20-24, 2020

Highlighted this week is a 29,149-square-foot lease to Autozone Parts at Placita del Rio in southwest Tucson handled by Ben Craney, Jayme Fabe and Scott Soelter with NAI Horizon.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report April 20 thru 24, 2020.

RETAIL – PLACITA DEL RIO, I-19 & IRVINGTON, TUCSON
Autozone Parts, Inc. leased 29,149-square-feet for Tucson’s first “megahub” store and will be joining Cardenas at Placita del Rio located at the northeast corner of I-19 and Irvington Road.  Ben Craney, Jayme Fabe and Scott Soelter with NAI Horizon represented the landlord and Phil Bramsen and William Moore with San Tan Commercial Advisors represented the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 4400 E. BROAWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Painted Sky Healthcare, Inc., dba Agape Hospice, leased the property located at 4400 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 400, Tucson, Arizona, consisting of 3,818-square-feet of office space, from 4400 Broadway, LLC. Michael Grossof Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord and Joe Nehls of Sunwest Commercial, Inc. represented the Tenant in the transaction.

OFFICE – 1925 W ORANGE GROVE RD, TUCSON
ARC Health and Wellness, LLC leased 1,648-square-feet at Orange Grove Medical located at 1925 W. Orange Grove.  Phil Skillings and Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon represented the landlord and Sam Sufi with CBRE Tucson represented the tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – 3514 E GRANT RD, TUCSON
Tullia Salon leased 1,200-square-feet at Grant Plaza located at 3514 E. Grant Road.  Gordon Wagner and Dave Dutson with NAI Horizon represented the landlord and Debbie Heslop with Volk Company represented the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 4400 E. BROAWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Southern Defense Security, PLLC, leased the property located at 4400 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 714, Tucson, Arizona, consisting of 989-square-feet of office space, from 4400 Broadway, LLC. Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord in the transaction.
