Sourceone Displays, LLC leased a 30,000-square-foot industrial building at 2901 S. 4th Ave. in Tucson, from North Land Leasing, LLC. Ron Zimmerman and Ryan McGregor with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties.

RETAIL – SOUTH PLAZA VISTA MALLSIERRA VISTA
Planet Fitness has leased a 23,400-square-feet space at South Plaza Vista Mall on the NEC of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd & Highway 90. The Premises will be used as a health and fitness facility offering tanning, hydro therapy, personal training, yoga and similar services. RETAIL – 3700 E. SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Zia Enterprises, Inc. renewed its lease for 4,089-square-feet at 3370 East Speedway Boulevard. Zia Record Exchange is located within Rancho Center, which is anchored by Whole Foods, Bookmans, Mattress Firm, and Performance Bikes. Orion Home Services, LLC leased 4,400-square-feet in Ruthrauff Commerce Center, 2470 W. Old Pueblo Crossfit leased 3,534-square-feet of space in JoAnn’s Shopping Center at 7225 E Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. The space was formerly occupied by a beauty college and totaled 6,000-square-feet. Cochise Cardiovascular Care renewed their lease for two years at Cochise Plaza, located on the NE corner of Fry Blvd. and Coronado Rd. in Sierra Visa, Arizona.
