Tucson Lease Report Aug. 31 – Sept. 4, 2020

Highlighted this week is a 21,535-square-foot seasonal lease to Spirit Halloween Superstores at 6230 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 100, in Tucson. The lease was  handled by Nancy McClure of CBRE in Tucson.

The following leases have been submitted to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report August 31 – September 4, 2020.

RETAIL – 6230 EAST BRAODWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC leased a 21,535-square-foot seasonal pop-up store at 6230 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 100. The store will remain open through early November. Nancy McClure of CBRE represented the landlord, K-GAM Broadway Wilmot, LLC, in the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 242 S OLSEN AVE., TUCSON
Breathe Easy Automotive, LLC leased 8,598 square feet of industrial space located at 242 S. Olsen Ave. in Tucson, from Ozam Investments, LLC.  Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

OFFICE – PIONEER BUILDING – 100 N STONE AVE., STE 610, TUCSON
State Farm Mutual Automotive Insurance Company renewed their lease with Holualoa Pioneer, LLC, for 4,794 square feet of office space, located in downtown Tucson in the Pioneer Building, 100 N. Stone Ave., Suite 610.  Principal, Thomas J. Nieman, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Chris Heller with Cushman & Wakefield, Tampa, represented the tenant in this transaction.  Bruce Suppes and David Volk with CBRE, Inc., represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 175 W PLATA ST., TUCSON
Pinkerton Collective, LLC leased 3,986 square feet of industrial, warehouse/office space, located at 175 W. Plata St. in Tucson, from Eliason Family Trust. Stephen D. Cohen, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 2102 N FORBES BLVD, STE 101-102, TUCSON
Stage Tucson LLC leased 3,850 square feet of industrial space located in the Broadbent Business Center, 2102 N. Forbes Blvd. Suite 101-102 in Tucson, from East Park VI Holding Co., LLC.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Industrial Specialists handled this transaction.  Principal Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM represented the landlord; Max Fisher represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 22ND STREET AUTOMALL, TUCSON
JSAB Tires, Inc., d/b/a RNR Tires, leased 3,686 square feet of automotive retail space, located in the 22nd Street Auto Mall, 8170 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, from Autocare 22 Associates, LLC.  Ron Zimmerman, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord in this transaction.  Rebecca Roberts with West USA Realty, Inc., represented the tenant.

OFFICE – 5545 EAST BROADWAY BLVD., STE 113, TUCSON
Contact Physical Therapy leased a 3,225-square-foot pad space at 5545 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 113, bringing the 101,801-square-foot center at the northeast corner of Broadway to 100% occupancy. North Side Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, LLC leased 2,941 square feet of retail space in San Francisco Square, 3912 N. RESTAURANT – 500 N 4TH AVE., TUCSON
Opa’s Grill, LLC leased a 2,534-square-foot freestanding restaurant building with a patio seating area at 500 N. 4th Ave., for its new Greek restaurant location, which is set to open in late 2020. CBRE’s Nancy McClure represented Opa’s Grill in the lease negotiations. The landlord is LSB Properties, LLC.

INDUSTRIAL – 3200 S DODGE BLVD., STE 3-4, TUCSON
Pochteca leased 2,400 square feet of industrial space in the South Dodge Business Center, 3200 S. Dodge Blvd., Suites 3-4 in Tucson, from Dodge Business Plaza Partners, LLC. Principal, Robert C. Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that F45 Training has leased a 2,438-square-foot space at Las Plazas, located across from Houghton Towne Center, at the northwest corner of Houghton and Old Vail.
