This week’s Tucson Lease Report highlights a 15,000 SF industrial space handled by Cushman & Wakefield | Picor brokers, Ron Zimmerman, Russ Hall and Steve Cohen.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from Aug. 12 thru 16, 2019.

INDUSTRIAL – 3770 S PARK AVE., TUCSON
Pepperidge Farm, Inc. leased 15,000-square-feet of industrial space from Park Ajo Associates in the Park/Ajo Commerce Center, 3770 S. Park Ave. in Tucson.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Principals and Industrial Specialists handled this transaction.  Ron Zimmerman, represented the landlord; Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, and Stephen D. OFFICE – 120-140 N TUCSON BLVD., TUCSON 
Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project, Inc. leased 12,000-square-feet of office space at 120-140 N. Tucson Blvd. in Tucson, from Eria, LLC.  Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, Principals with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord; Brenna Lacey and Leah Bogen with VOLK Company, represented the tenant in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 4651 S BUTTERFIELD DR., TUCSON
Conn Appliances, Inc. leased an 8,275-square-foot warehouse space located at 4651 South Butterfield Drive from Butterfield Building Center, LLC. Jesse Blum of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the tenant in the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 2102 N FORBES RD., TUCSON
Mettler-Toledo leased an 8,050-square-foot space located at 2102 North Forbe Rd. #103 – #107 from East Park Holding Co. Jesse Blum of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the tenant in the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3951 E MICHIGAN DR., TUCSON
 Kodiak Interiors Group, LLC leased a 7,487-square-foot warehouse space located in Copper Pointe Business Park, 3951 East Michigan Dr., Suite 175 from Copper Pointe Business Park, LLC. Tim Healy of CBRE’s Tucson office handled the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 4261 S STATION MASTER DR., TUCSON
Dish Network Services, LLC leased a 6,400-square-foot industrial space located at 4261 South Station Master Drive from Broadmont Investments. Tim Healy and Jesse Blum with CBRE’s Tucson office handled the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 5150 N CASA GRANDE HWY., TUCSON
Best in the West Golf Cars, LLC renewed their lease for 5,760-square-feet of industrial space at 5150 N. Casa Grande Highway in Tucson, from Tin Cup Properties, LLC.  Ron Zimmerman, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 5450 S ARCADIA, TUCSON
R&R Restoration, LLC, leased 4,000-square-feet at 5450 S. Arcadia., Tucson, AZ.  This is an expansion of R & R Restorations, LLC for a total of approximately 7,337 SF.  David Blanchette with NAI Horizon represented the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 6245 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Fidelity National Title leased a 3,700-square-foot office space located in Nova Financial Center, 6245 East Broadway Boulevard, Suite 180, from Tucson Broadway Office Plaza, LLC. INDUSTRIAL – 500 N GARDEN AVE, TUCSON
The Chenega Corporation leased a 3,500-square-foot warehouse space located at 500 North Garden Avenue, 3A from 500 N Garden, LLC. Jeff Casper of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord and Dave Volk of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the tenant.

OFFICE – 3525 E 34TH ST., TUCSON 
Beacon Sales Acquisitions, Inc. leased from BD 34th Properties, Inc. an additional 3,047-square-foot expansion office and 60,580 square-foot expansion yard in addition to their current leased premises located at 3525 E. 34th St. in Tucson.  Robert C.
